BioI live in Tucson, Arizona and I hate this town. I've dropped out of college but still managed to land an assistant manager position with a great company that works with disabled individuals. I usually hang out with my close friends at the Loft cinema or on 4th Ave. at the Surly Wench or the Buffet. I live with my boyfriend and my three cats in an apartment. My sexual identity is "straight dyke."
Large aspects of my personality include: Love of heavy metal, the underground/goth scene in Tucson, love of Superman and other comics (but not manga), serving in the military, sexually aggressive, love of knitting, physical appearance, owning cats, moody/emotional, body/self-esteem issues.
I have a lot of aggression and rage for certain aspects of American culture and lifestyles, particularly in regards towards tearing down women/girls, politics, and culture/race stereotypes. My main goal in life is to find another female who thinks like me and who can identify with my personal beliefs just so I don't feel like I'm the only one outside of the comic strip "Dykes to Watch Out For."
I like old heavy metal (Pantera, Metallica), cult movies (Blue Velvet, The Warriors), bland English food (potatoes, corn) and hot tea (mint, chamomile).
I don't like MOR radio (The Eagles, Kansas), war movies (The Dirty Dozen, Black Hawk Down), fast food (McDonald's, Carl's Jr.) and soda (Dr. Pepper, Pepsi).
Politically I'm a registered Socialist, but I rarely talk about politics in my journal.
I drink in moderation and I've never done drugs. I play tabletop RPGs. I think I intimidate many of the men I meet, but I'm lucky to have found one that loves me. I am Pagan, but I don't believe in magic, personal energy or psychics.
